Support from the start
Since 1991, we’ve brought local funders together around a shared purpose: helping nonprofits in the Quad Cities lead transformational campaigns with confidence.
Over the decades, one truth has become clear—great campaigns don’t begin with the first ask. They begin earlier, with strong ideas, honest assessment, trusted guidance, and informed partners. As the scale and complexity of community needs have grown, so too has our approach.
The Quad Cities Contributors Council exists to meet that moment.
The Council brings together experienced contributors, community leaders, and decision-makers to create a shared space for rigorous due diligence, candid peer dialogue, and strategic insight. Members gain early visibility into emerging ideas, access to professional campaign evaluations, and a clear understanding of the broader campaign landscape—past, present, and future—so generosity is guided by clarity, confidence, and impact.
This updated approach gives nonprofits earlier support, clearer tools, and more meaningful conversations—while giving contributors the insight they need to engage thoughtfully and decisively. Through ongoing evaluation and feedback, Council members don’t just respond to campaigns as they appear; they help shape them as they take root and grow.
More than a council, this is a long-term partnership. We’re here to walk alongside nonprofits and contributors alike—step by step—strengthening campaigns, aligning investments, and helping define the future of the Quad Cities.
Meet our members
Our Council is made up of regional funders who care deeply about strengthening our community. We review applications, meet with organizations, and offer thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Each member brings their own expertise, but we all share the same commitment: helping good ideas become great campaigns.
